Eat to lose weight naturally

Those of us who are the heavier side of the weighing scale would agree that losing weight can be extremely difficult. For ages, we have been believing that weight can be lost only with a diet or hard workout. And by the diet we all presume that we got to eat less and starve ourselves. Now it has been proved that eating too less could even result to more weight gain. This happens due to the fact that when you go on diet, your body gets a signal that there is shortage of food and thus the brain signals the body to store more of food for any case of adversity.

Yes, what you just read is really true! I agree you won’t believe but it’s a hard fact and thus many a diet plans fail to help in effective weight loss. What we actually need to do is to have a proper meal with even spacing throughout the day. I will just explain this to you in detail. Let’s first look at why some of us tend to gain more weight than others.

Weight gain occurs due to many reasons like:

  • Eating more than what your body burns
  • A medical condition
  • Hormones and age
  • Lifestyle
  • Stress
  • Lack of Sleep
  • Poor Gut Health
  • Emotional set up
  • Drinking less water
  • Eating bad fats and not eating good fats

Body of every person is different so should be the weight loss plans. Dieting might result in weight loss in some but essentially not in all. As I told you previously, Dieting and starving yourself is not the right way to lose weight. Dieting is just a waste of time. The weight lost by dieting will come back – you will just lose it and it will find you back but you won’t get rid of it.
